Mid-Continent Public Library outreach program is a school provided program for ages birth-5 years old. Ms. Lindsay comes to visit each of our classrooms on every 4th Wednesday of the month and engages with each class of students in a fun and interactive story time. These story times are designed to develop early literacy skills through Talking & Listening, Singing & Rhyming, Reading & Sharing, Writing & Creating, and Playing & Imagining. Your child's early literacy journey will include picture books, music, fingerplays, movement activities, literacy tips, and more.
